Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts
- Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the provided address a maximum of 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after this number of attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Recipient Availability
- It is important to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address during the expected delivery window.

Delivery During Festive Seasons
- During peak festive seasons, such as Durga Puja, Diwali, New Year delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Delivery Confirmation
- A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been successfully delivered. Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive and confirm the delivery.
Undeliverable Addresses
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
PO Boxes and Remote Areas
- Some remote or inaccessible areas may have limited or no delivery service. If you reside in such an area, please contact our Customer Support team to confirm delivery feasibility before placing an order.
